Amores perros

Set design and costumes.

"Amores perros" is a studient movie from the Insas cinema school of Brussels. I have made the set design and the costumes as a part of the cursus of LaCambre in collaboration with Mathilde Glorian and Léa Vayrou. The movie is a remake of the movie "Amores Perros" from Alejandro González Iñárritu.
We built the two rooms of the brothers, the kitchen of the family, and a corridor in a studio; and we made a laundry in a cave and we used a parking. All the rooms of the appartment were communicating and there was at least one removable wall for each room. We also created a painting representing the outside landscape of an HLM housing, it is five meters large on three meters high. This was for the background of the window of the kitchen.

"Amores perros" est un film étudiant de l'école insas cinéma de Bruxelles. J'ai fait la scénographie et les costumes en collaboration avec Léa Vayrou et Mathilde Glorian, ce fut un exercice de scénographie de la Cambre. Le film est une ré-interprétation du film "Amorres Perros" de Alejandro González Iñárritu.
Nous avons construit les deux chambres des frères, la cuisine et un couloir dans le studio de l'école, nous avons aussi aménagé une cave en laverie, et nous avons utilisé un parking. Toutes les pièces pouvaient communiquer par des portes, et au moins un mur de chaque pièce était amovible pour permettre les axes de prise de vue de la caméra et les éclairages différents. Nous avons aussi fait une découverte d'un bâtiment HLM de 5 mètres sur 3 pour placer derrière la fenêtre de la cuisine.
